Peach thinning allows the trees to grow big, juicy peaches. Thinning starts in May, and most orchards in Colorado are finishing up now. The Peach crop looks great and pre-ordering is now open for nationwide shipping in August, 2024.

The 2024 Colorado peach crop is looking great. Despite a couple of late cold-snaps, most locations expect a 70%-100% crop this season. Many earlier Palisade peach verities have already started forming baby fruit. We expect peaches to start shipping nationwide in August, 2024.

Palisade peaches are returning to Colorado for the summer of 2024! Right now, the peach trees in Colorado are loaded with pink flowers that will soon become baby peaches. Freestone peaches are expected to be available nationwide starting August, 2024.
