A fresh batch of Palisade peaches arrived in Fort Collins late this afternoon. Peaches were delayed Wednesday by the I-70 closure from the mudslide in Glenwood Canyon. Stands will resume regular operations Thursday, 7/22.

A fresh batch of Palisade peaches arrived in Fort Collins late this afternoon. Peaches were delayed Wednesday by the I-70 closure from the mudslide in Glenwood Canyon. Stands will resume regular operations Thursday, 7/22.

Palisade peaches are expected to arrive at roadside stands in Fort Collins this weekend. The first variety will be the delicious clingstone "Rising Star", great for fresh eating! Organic & conventional-grown will be available. Additional locations to open in the coming weeks. Check here or follow us on social media for updates.

Palisade peaches are now available shipped nationwide (lower 48 states) from the Colorado Peach Company.

Limited quantities will be shipped this initial year, so advanced ordering in July for August shipping is highly recommended.

"Rising Star", the first early variety of the season from Bluebird Organic Fruit Co. is expected to hit local roadside stands by July 23rd. "Redhaven", the first semi-freestone of the season is expected to be ready the following week. Freestone season will start around the second week of August, and continue into mid-September.

The Palisade peach crop is growing nicely! We expect first harvest to be the last week of July for early varieties, and first week  of August for freestones. Ultimately, the trees and mother nature will decide when the first harvest is, so be sure to follow us on social media for current updates.

Palisade peaches are returning to Colorado for the summer of 2021! Right now, the peach trees in Palisade are loaded with baby peaches. Freestone peaches are expected to be available across the state around the first week of August, 2021.
